Double Occupancy

We offer deluxe suites in the main lodge for Double Occupancy Rm. 1 $850 per person per night, Rm. 6 $785 per person per night and for Single Occupancy Rm. 1 $1,100 per person per night, Rm. 6 $1005 per person per night.

Lodge rates include:
airport transportation (8AM to 8PM) from Idaho Falls or West Yellowstone.

Lodge rates do not include:
8% tax or gratuities.

Gratuity
We're often asked about the custom and practice for staff tips. The staff shares in a tip pool that reflects that your satisfaction with your stay depends on the collective efforts of all of the staff. You may simply leave a tip for the staff at the end of your stay that will be added to the balance of your Lodge bill and distributed to the staff. Customarily it's a percentage of your underlying bill in the range of 15-20%.

Deposits and Cancellations

To hold space, we must receive a 50% deposit at time of booking

Policy for cancellation or change of all or part of your trip before scheduled arrival:

45 days or more: Receive refund of deposit less $40 
8 to 44 days: Forfeit deposit unless you find replacement* 
0 to 7 days: You are responsible for full payment* 
*Please consider trip cancellation insurance: We can not make refunds for late cancellations due to medical, family or business emergencies or other unexpected events. 
**Groups taking 4 rooms or more will have deposit refunded until 180 days prior to arrival, and are responsible for full payment 120 days prior to arrival.
